About This Wiki
This is the Horrible Dubs Wiki. This wiki will focus dubs of anime, cartoon, tv shows, sitcoms, games and movies from around the world including the US. Rules
- Use appropriate language, as uncensored swearing/cussing/cursing/profanity usage is unacceptable.
- Do not vandalize pages, nor do vandalism, or you'll get permanently blocked.
- No porn/hentai/rule34/doujin links, videos nor images.
- No fetishes.
- Do not put "The original English version and (other dubs) are masterpieces over this dub" or something similar to that in the redeeming qualities, as that's not an actual redeeming quality.
- A dub's ending, getting lost, becoming rare, and getting canceled are not redeeming qualities.
- A dub's fanbase and hatebase doesn't matter. They can still be here.
- The headings are "Why This Dub Sucks" and "Redeeming Qualities". For average dubs, use "The Dub's Bad Qualities" and "The Dub's Good Qualities".
- No trolling around.
- No useless, dumb, and unnecessary categories like "Dubs so bad we wished they were fan dubs".
- Speaking of fan dubs, fan dubs are not allowed to have a page on this wiki and don't make a page about fan dubs.
- Admins, do not add admins unless permitted by the wiki owner.
- Do not start flame wars.
- Undoing an admin edit will get you blocked without a warning.
- Admins please keep quality control.
- Sockpuppet accounts will also get blocked.
- For some reason, comments get broken if editing in visual mode so we recommend you to use source mode or switch to source mode after editing in visual mode.
- Do not copy and paste pages from Terrible TV Shows Wiki and Crappy Anime Wiki. Pages copied and pasted from those wikis will be deleted and have to be recreated from scratch or in your own words.
- When naming pages, name them "(Show) (Dub)". 2 examples of these are "One Piece (4kids Dub)" and "Veggietales (Persian Dub)" Pages will be renamed if they don't have names like these. If the dub haves a different name or uses different characters not with English letters, name it "(Dub's name) (Original Show)" Examples include "Mew Mew Powers (Tokyo Mew Mew)" and "فینیس و فرب (Phineas and Ferb Persian Dub)"
- Make pages yourself. Don't make others make pages for you. We can't stress this enough.
- Have fun.
Any attempt to break these rules will either end in a warning, a temporary ban, a permanent ban or a report to the Miraheze stewards if it is bad enough. Be grateful if we are nice to you for this.If you have any questions, ask this guy.
